Grapes are from our Adelaide plains vineyard. Destemmer crushed, extended infusion period of maceration and wild yeast fermentation on skins, thus adding season and natural complexity. This reserve cellar release was basket pressed then matured gracefully in stainless steel and oak barrels. No corrections, fining agents or Earth filters have been used in the creation of this wine, therefore stain and sediment may be present. Natural clarification through racking transitions and pad filtration before bottling in July 2024.
